Juneo Software ("we", "our", "us", or the "Company") develops and operates the Veepen VPN application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data and confirms our strict commitment to securing your online privacy.

We adhere to a strict Zero-Logs Policy. This means we do not monitor, log, record, or store any of your network activities while connected to our VPN services.

1. What Data We Collect and Process

To deliver and maintain our services, we process the absolute minimum amount of user data required.

A. Account Information (For Premium Users)

To register an account and manage your Premium subscription, we collect:

  • Email Address: Used as your unique account username.
  • One-Time Password (OTP): Sent to your email for secure, passwordless authentication.
  • Subscription Details: Active VIP status, subscription duration, and plan type.

B. Device Identifiers

To enforce connection limits (up to 4 active devices per VIP account) and protect our systems from free trial abuse, we collect platform-specific device identifiers. They are stored on our servers in encrypted form, linked to your account for session limits, and cannot be used to trace your browsing activity.

C. Billing Data

Premium purchases are processed through official mobile app store billing systems. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account details. We only receive a transaction confirmation token to verify and activate your subscription.

2. What We DO NOT Collect (Zero-Logs Commitment)

While you are connected to Veepen VPN, we guarantee that we DO NOT collect, store, or share with any third parties:

  • Your browsing history or destination websites (URLs/DNS queries).
  • The payload of your transmitted data (all traffic is encrypted locally on your device).
  • Uptime timestamps of your VPN session connections or disconnections.
  • IP addresses assigned to your device by our VPN servers.

3. Third-Party Services, Ads, and Analytics

The free version of our App displays advertisements and uses tools that process non-personal data:

  • Advertising: The free version may show ads from third-party ad networks. Ad partners may use non-personal advertising identifiers on your device (where permitted by your platform and consent settings) to deliver and measure ads.
  • Analytics: We use analytics services to understand app usage and improve performance (for example, connection success rates and feature usage). Data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.
  • Crash reporting: We use crash reporting tools to diagnose app failures and fix bugs. Reports contain technical diagnostic data, not your VPN traffic content.

4. Data Storage, Hosting, and Security

Our secure database servers and VPN servers are hosted in high-security data centers located in the European Union (EU) and the United States (US). We implement strict technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data.

Transactional emails (such as OTP codes) are sent through secure email delivery providers with encrypted transport (TLS).

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

  • We retain your account details (Email and Device ID) only for as long as your profile remains active.
  • You have the right to request account deletion at any time by contacting us at veepen.tech@gmail.com or via Telegram at https://t.me/veepen_support.
  • Upon receiving an account deletion request, all associated records (including Email, password hashes, and active Device IDs) are permanently and irreversibly purged from our active systems within 30 days.

6. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA) or California (USA), you hold the following rights:

  • The right to access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • The right to rectify inaccurate records.
  • The right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
  • The right to withdraw consent (including opting out of personalized advertising).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
