Welcome to the Veepen VPNapplication (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed by Juneo Software (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", "us", or the "Company").
Please read these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") carefully before using the App. By installing and using the App on iOS, Android, or Android TV devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the App immediately.
1. Description of Services
Veepen VPN provides users with software aimed at securing network traffic and enhancing online privacy through encryption.
- Our Servers: We provide access to encrypted VPN servers managed by us.
- Third-Party Configurations: The App may allow users to import external server configurations added manually. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the uptime, security, logging practices, or content of any third-party servers or configs not operated by us.
2. Subscription Plans and Session Limits
The App offers a free version with advertisements and limited features, alongside premium auto-renewing subscriptions (Premium / VIP):
- Free Plan:
- Continuous VPN connections are limited to a maximum of 1 hour. After automated disconnection, users may reconnect manually.
- Allowed usage is restricted to 1 active device at any time.
- Premium Plan (VIP):
- Ad-free experience with access to high-speed dedicated servers.
- Unlimited VPN connection duration (no session timeouts).
- Allows up to 4 simultaneous active devices per account.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
- VIP Subscription Plans: 1 Week ($1.99), 1 Month ($4.99), 6 Months ($24.99), 1 Year ($34.99). Current pricing is displayed within the App prior to purchase.
- Free VIP trial (no purchase required): After you register an account, we may grant a one-time 3-day VIP trial so you can try premium features. This trial does not require linking a bank card or starting a store subscription. It is limited to one trial per account and per physical device. When the trial ends, VIP access ends automatically and your account returns to the free tier unless you separately buy a paid plan.
- Auto-Renewal (paid subscriptions only): Auto-renewal applies only if you later purchase a paid VIP plan through the official app store. The plan renews for the same period (e.g. monthly, yearly) until you cancel in your store account settings. Payments are processed by the app store on your device.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a paid subscription at any time in your store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refund Policy:All transactions are managed by the official app store. Refund requests must be submitted through that store's support; we cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Third-Party Services and Ads
- Advertising: The free version may display third-party advertisements. By using the free version, you acknowledge that ad partners may process non-personal device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Analytics and crash reports: The App may use analytics and crash reporting services to improve stability and fix issues. These tools collect aggregated, anonymous technical data—not your VPN traffic content.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the App to:
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights, copyrights, or patents of others (including unauthorized peer-to-peer file sharing or torrenting that violates server jurisdiction laws).
- Distribute spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or marketing materials.
- Conduct cyberattacks, port scanning, unauthorized hacking, or distribute malware (viruses, trojans, worms).
- Upload, transmit, or share any illegal, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content, including any content exploiting minors (child exploitation).
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without a refund if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Privacy Policy & Zero-Logs Commitment
We are committed to user privacy. When connected to our official VPN servers, we adhere to a strict Zero-Logs Policy. We do not monitor, log, store, or share your browsing history, destination IPs, data payloads, or DNS queries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- The App and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with all network environments. Uptime and speeds may vary depending on ISP quality, geographic factors, network congestion, and censorship countermeasures.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Modifications of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published inside the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
